Red ball is 4 pm weekdays, 9 am Sat, Orange ball is 4:30 pm weekdays, 10 am Sat, Green ball is 5:15 pm weekdays, 11 am Sat. Squad runs at 5:15 pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Adults are 6:15 pm Monday and Wednesday
